Annalice Gandini, Research fellow at Centre de Recherche des Cordeliers and Hospital Georges Pompidou, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“New publication in Scientific Reports!
In this large multicentric cohort of dMMR/MSI colorectal cancer, we found no evidence of HER2 amplification, supporting the notion that the coexistence of HER2 amplification and dMMR/MSI is essentially anecdotal.
These findings may help refine molecular testing strategies and further inform biomarker-driven therapeutic development in colorectal cancer.
Check it out.”
