“Back from ESMO2025!
Great days in Berlin.
Honored to have presented my e-poster on the efficacy and safety of hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) in liver-dominant metastatic colorectal cancer.
Our results show that HAIC is a promising option both as intensification and salvage treatment.
Interestingly, prior progression on intravenous oxaliplatin was associated with significantly lower survival in the intensification-HAIC setting, but not in the salvage setting — suggesting that oxaliplatin-HAIC should be discouraged after recent IV oxaliplatin failure.”
