Anna Sargsyan: Grateful For the Opportunity to Participate in ESMO Preceptorship on Endocrine Tumours

Anna Sargsyan, Medical Doctor at Yerevan State Medical University named after Mkhitar Heratsi and Junior clinical analyst BostonGene, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“I am grateful to have had the opportunity to participate in the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Preceptorship on Endocrine Tumours, an inspiring educational experience that brought together experts and young oncologists dedicated to advancing the care of patients with endocrine malignancies.

Throughout the program, we explored the multidisciplinary management of endocrine tumours, including the latest advances in systemic therapies, surgical and radiotherapy approaches, molecular profiling, prognostic factors, and future therapeutic strategies. The discussions also highlighted emerging clinical trials, precision oncology, and the growing role of genomic alterations in guiding individualized treatment decisions.

Beyond the scientific knowledge, the preceptorship provided an excellent platform for exchanging ideas, discussing challenging clinical cases, and learning from leading international experts and colleagues from around the world.

I am thankful to the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) for organizing such a high-quality educational program and for its continued commitment to supporting the education of early-career oncologists.”
