“After more than a decade of attending the ASH Annual Meeting, I’m thrilled for ASH25 in Orlando! While the science is incredible, here are a few veteran tips to help you navigate the meeting like a pro:
My “Know Before You Go” Wisdom for ASH Veterans and Newcomers:
The Best Time Saver: Pick up your registration badge at Orlando International Airport (MCO) if you can. It saves precious time on Saturday morning – trust me on this one!
Fuel Up: Finding the best coffee or snack in the exhibit hall is always a mission. Let’s make it a community effort: share your favorite exhibitor spots in the comments so we can all stay energized!
Give Back: Start your Sunday (December 8) off right by joining the ASH Foundation Run/Walk – great cause, great energy!
ASH Foundation Lounge: A perfect oasis between sessions! ASH donors have access – Shawn Gates can be a huge resource. It’s the ideal spot to recharge and connect.
Bus Routes: Check them ASAP once you arrive. They’re much quicker for getting between hotels and the convention center than you’d think!
Coat Check: Checking out, but want to leave baggage? There’s a convenient option at the convention center. Easy to access!
Dinner Events: Tons of events by ASH and other sponsors, including eat-and-learn sessions. Don’t miss out on the networking and free meals!
See you in Orlando! Drop your own ASH tips below – let’s help each other make the most of this amazing meeting!”
