Tumor-immune-neural circuit disrupts energy homeostasis in Pancreatic Cancer cachexia. Cancer cell derived CSF1 acts on macrophages via CSF1R to promote GDF15 secretion, which then activates sympathetic signaling via GFRAL/RET binding, promoting cachexia.”
