“I’m delighted to share that I will be delivering my inaugural lecture at The Institute of Cancer Research.
It will be an opportunity to reflect on the journey that has shaped my research — from understanding tumour biology and developing molecular classifications, to integrating data science and AI with experimental and clinical research, and increasingly thinking about how these approaches can contribute to more equitable cancer research globally.
I’ll also reflect on some of the people, collaborations and ideas that have been particularly important along the way, and on where I hope this work can go next.
I’m very grateful to the many colleagues, mentors, collaborators, students and patients who have contributed to this journey.
