Andreas Charalambous: Participating in an ERASMUS+ Mobility at the University of Maribor

Andreas Charalambous, Chair of the Department of Nursing at Cyprus University of Technology and MASCC Executive Board Member, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“Earlier this week, I had the pleasure of participating in an ERASMUS+ mobility at the University of Maribor.

During my visit, I presented the i_NTERVENE project to fellow researchers from across Europe, highlighting its role in advancing the health literacy framework and supporting more inclusive, evidence-based approaches in healthcare. The discussions that followed were both insightful and inspiring, offering diverse perspectives on how such initiatives can create meaningful impact at both local and European levels.

A particularly valuable aspect of this experience was the opportunity to connect in person with colleagues from the University of Maribor who are actively involved in the i_NTERVENE project. These exchanges allowed us to reflect on our progress so far and engage in constructive conversations about the next phases of the project.

We explored practical strategies for strengthening collaboration, enhancing dissemination, and ensuring that the project’s outcomes are translated into sustainable and impactful practices across Europe.

Experiences like this truly highlight the importance of international collaboration in research and innovation. Grateful for the warm welcome, the inspiring discussions, and the opportunity to build new connections.”
