“After a busy few weeks, I’m excited to share two recently published papers I’m proud to have contributed to.
Over a year ago, I had the privilege of being asked to be a co-author on two chapters in the Advanced Breast Cancer Global Alliance Decade Report 2015–2025, led by Fatima Cardoso:
• Chapter 2: Collection of high-quality data in ABC
• Chapter 7: Support services for people with ABC
These topics are close to my heart as a metastatic survivorship researcher, MBC consumer advocate and Chair of MBC Action Australia.
The Decade Report, launched on 6 November at ABC8, and the accompanying Charter 2025–2035 reflect a global, multi-stakeholder effort to track progress and set priorities for the next decade—bringing together healthcare professionals, policymakers, advocates, and the wider breast cancer community.
Shortened versions of all 10 chapters have now been published in a special edition of The Breast.
