“Feeling really proud and grateful to have organised the second edition of the Cancer Planners Forum 2026 with Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) in Geneva this week.
After months of planning and coordination, it was incredibly rewarding to see the Forum finally come to life and bring together 120 participants from 54 countries, including 45 cancer planners representing 42 countries.
Over two days, participants shared experiences, exchanged practical insights and explored ways to strengthen national cancer control planning worldwide.
A huge thank you to all speakers, participants, partners and colleagues who made this Forum such a valuable and impactful gathering.”
