“Maintenance Dostarlimab after definitive chemoradiation in high-risk locally advanced cervical cancer showed an encouraging signal in the phase II ATOMICC trial:
- 3-year PFS: 77% vs 67%
- HR 0.64
- No OS benefit yet
- Manageable toxicity
Not practice-changing yet, but supports further exploration of maintenance immunotherapy after CRT in cervical cancer.”
