“ASCO26 LBA8507
Benmelstobart + chemo followed by benmelstobart + anlotinib improved PFS versus tislelizumab + chemo in frontline non-squamous NSCLC:
- mPFS 14.4 vs 8.3 months
- HR 0.67 (P=0.0017)
- Benefit across most subgroups
But the control arm was tislelizumab + chemo, not necessarily the strongest global benchmark. The unanswered question remains: does adding maintenance anti-angiogenic therapy translate into an OS benefit?
For now:
- PFS positive
- OS immature
Practice-changing? Not yet.”
