Alliance Foundation Trials and Natera announce AFT-70 NAVIGATE, a global Phase III trial for patients with ER+/HER2- early-stage breast cancer.

The study will use Signatera MRD testing to help guide CDK4/6 inhibitor treatment alongside giredestrant, Genentech’s investigational oral SERD – with the goal of identifying patients who may be able to avoid unnecessary treatment and its associated toxicities.
