Alique Topalian: Close to Fundraising Goal in ‘Another Stupid Challenge’ Campaign

Alique Topalian, Research Scientist of Survivorship and Supportive Services at the University of Cincinnati Cancer Center, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“Leaving DC with my cup filled and energized from spending time with some of my favorite people. But Another Stupid Challenge hasn’t ended! We have 4 days left and I am only $1,075 from my goal!

Don’t worry I wasn’t slacking on my trip, I just used a stationary bike in the hotel gym!! It was so fun how many of my advocacy friends came up to me asking about my bike riding journey! I was so surprised with how many others told me they also don’t know how to ride a bike and are inspired to learn now because of my challenge! Who knew I was starting a whole movement?

Another Stupid Challenge is your challenge, to do anything that feels right for 30 days, and I am learning to ride a bike. Tag along and watch my journey and help me raise money!

Why now? June is Cancer Survivors Month and to celebrate I am participating in Another Stupid Challenge to fundraise $2,500 for Stupid Cancer to provide a scholarship to attend CancerCon 2027 in Cleveland!

Donate to my page or though any app like Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle!”
