Alexander Rühle, Radiation Oncologist and Clinician Scientist, shared a paper he and his colleagues published in JAMA Otolaryngology on LinkedIn:
”Hot off the press: ‘Outcome Prediction in Older Adults with Head and Neck Cancer Undergoing Chemoradiation’ published in JAMA Otolaryngology.
This work is a result of our international SENIOR consortium, an multicenter registry with older adults with head and neck cancer undergoing radiotherapy. The AI analyses were performed in collaboration with the Department of Radiation Oncology, LMU Klinikum München – a privacy-preserving federated learning approach was used.
