Alex Zafirovski, Vice President of Cancer Service Line at Northwestern Medicine, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“We’re hiring a senior administrative leader to help reimagine how cancer care is delivered in the Naples-Florida community.
This is not a maintenance role. In many ways, this is a startup inside an established system – focused on transforming community-based cancer care while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient experience.
Ideally, this person has run or helped run a high-quality community cancer center – one that is CoC-accredited, with medical, surgical, and radiation oncology, and a comprehensive suite of supportive oncology services. Someone who understands what it takes to deliver excellent cancer care day in and day out – and is excited about building what comes next. The role operates in a true dyad with a physician partner and reports directly to me, offering the chance to shape strategy rather than inherit it.
If you’re an operator who wants to build, not just manage – and who believes community cancer care can and should be better – this is a rare opportunity.
Details and application here.”
