“On Friday I graduated from the BOW program in Mujeres Empresarias, Chile.
I close an intense, entertaining, challenging semester with a lot of reflection.
A space that invited me not only to acquire new tools, but also to look at myself, question myself and continue thinking about what kind of professional I want to be and how I want to contribute from the spaces I have to occupy.
I am deeply grateful to have had the opportunity to be a part of this program of personal and professional growth. But, above all, I stay with the people. With this incredible group of power women that I was lucky enough to meet and with whom we shared these months.
Women with very different histories, trajectories, opinions, backgrounds and perspectives. That was precisely where much of the richness of this experience was.
From that diversity we were building a beautiful community of respect, trust, mutual admiration, support and a lot of affection. A community where we could learn from each other, celebrate our strengths, recognize our vulnerabilities, and discover that there are many different – and equally valuable – ways to exercise leadership.
We will not always find all the answers, but the important thing is to continue learning, to know how to listen, to surround ourselves with people who challenge us, to open up to other perspectives and to have the humility to evolve.
Huge thanks to María Emilia Muñoz Mujica, Camila Sepúlveda Martínez, Carolina Eterovic, Francisca Valdés Vigil, Carolina Abbott Alamos, Alejandra Burgos and the entire Women Entrepreneurs team for making this experience possible.
I end this program with new tools, new questions, new friends and a lot of energy for what is to come.”
