- DR maintenance (n=355) vs VRd-R (n=354). Median follow-up:81.3 months.
Key findings mmsm The PFS benefit is striking and durable. Six-year PFS was 81.1% with DVRd-DR vs 56.1% with VRd-R (HR 0.35; 95% CI, 0.26–0.46; P<.0001). Median PFS remains unreached with DVRd-DR vs 81.45 months with VRd-R.”
