Pleased to share our first – in – human phase 1 study of MK-4002 (HPN217) in relapsed refractory multiple myeloma, published in The Lancet Haematology.
Here are the key findings. Myeloma What makes it trispecific? MK – 4002 binds:
- BCMA on plasma cells
- CD3 on T cells
- Albumin to extend half-life
The third binding domain supports drug exposure, this construct targets one myeloma antigen.”
