Ajay Major: Short Ramp-Up Glofitamab Shows Strong Promise Post-CAR-T in LBCL

Ajay Major, Founder and President of Pager Publications and Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, shared a post on X:

“Short ramp-up glofi after LBCL CAR-T
  • 46 pts, short ramp-up to 30 mg by day 8
  • mPFS 3.8 mos, 2-yr PFS 29%
  • mOS 17.3 mos; 2-yr OS 38%
  • mDOCR NR
  • external control comparison: weighted mOS 19.6 vs 7.6 mos (non-BsAb salvage), HR 0.49.

Not randomized, but good support for rapid glofi SUD in post-CAR setting.”
