“SPCC (Sharing Progress in Cancer Care) was honoured to take part in the 27th National Congress of AIOM | Italian Association of Medical Oncology, held in Rome.
During the institutional session ‘AIOM meets SPCC: Competences, ethics, and the doctor-patient relationship in the digital era’, discussions focused on the opportunities and challenges that digital innovation and artificial intelligence bring to oncology practice, from multidisciplinary collaboration to patient communication and care delivery.
The session was moderated by SPCC CEO Pietro Presti and Prof. Massimo Di Maio, with contributions from experts Ugo Pagallo, Arsela Prelaj, and Mattia Garutti.
It was also a pleasure to meet Adriana Albini during the event. Thank you for the pictures!
Our sincere thanks to AIOM for the invitation and for stimulating such an important dialogue in the field of oncology.”
