“An amazing debate between the use of local control with systemic therapy in oligometastatic NSCLC versus Systemic therapy alone with the great Professor Marwan Ghosn.
Clearly he won (Systemic plus local control) and I confirmed it but maybe we should change our mindset towards how we define oligometastatic disease and start looking at the new definition ‘Argometastatic disease’ and implementing the ctDNA.”
