“Dear colleagues.

Your input is highly appreciated.

As per ASTRO PRO recommendations, in cancer uterine Cx, the entire mesorectum shall be included if there is evident or suspected rectal/mesorectal invasion.

My question is:

1. Shall it be included in CTV1? Or which CTV?
2. If so, then is it needed to add 1.5cm as a margin to CTV 1 for the creation of PTV1?

I think it is too much for the mesorectum as part of CTV1.”
