BOT+BAL Continues to Show Durable Clinical Benefit in MSS mCRC – Agenus

Agenus, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“At ESMO GI 2026, Agenus announced three-year follow-up results from the fully enrolled Phase 1b cohort evaluating the investigational combination of botensilimab (BOT) and balstilimab (BAL) in patients with refractory microsatellite-stable metastatic colorectal cancer (MSS mCRC) without active liver metastases.

Among 123 patients, the combination demonstrated:

  • Median overall survival of 21.2 months
  • Three-year overall survival of 33%
  • 17% of patients remained alive and off all systemic anticancer therapy
  • No new safety signals were observed with extended follow-up

These data build on the two-year results presented at ESMO GI 2025.
