Durable Outcomes in MSS Metastatic Colorectal Cancer Without Active Liver Metastases – Agenus

Agenus shared a post on LinkedIn:

“At ESMO GI 26, Agenus will share updated long-term follow-up from the Phase 1b study evaluating botensilimab plus balstilimab (BOT+BAL) in patients with MSS metastatic colorectal cancer without active liver metastases.

The presentation reflects an additional year of follow-up from the 123-patient cohort previously presented at ESMO GI 2025.

Watch below for presentation timing and details.”

To which Jennifer S. Buell,  President and Chief Executive Officer at MiNK Therapeutics, added:

“Updated long-term follow-up for BOT+BAL at ESMO GI 26!

Expecting to see 3 years of follow-up from the original 123-patient cohort which will provide important insight into the durability of outcomes in MSS metastatic colorectal cancer without active liver metastases. Long-term follow-up matters.

Let’s watch for that exciting ‘Tail of the curve’!”
