3 Months, $2.3M, 4 Cancer Centers: ACT for Children’s Global Impact in Childhood Cancer Care

ACT for Children shared a post on LinkedIn:

“Earlier this year in Budapest, ACT for Children partners came together for our first meeting to reflect on our shared journey and shape the road ahead.

What stood out was the unwavering commitment, deep collaboration, and compassion each partner brings to this mission.

Together we are all working to advance childhood cancer care, addressing inequities in care across low- and middle-income countries: Servier, International Society of Paediatric Oncology – SIOP, IDA Foundation, Childhood Cancer International, World Child Cancer USA, Resonance and Union for International Cancer Control (UICC)’s ATOM Coalition.

In just 3 months, this powerful collaboration delivered $2.3 million worth of quality-assured essential medicines – at no cost – to four childhood cancer centers across Asia and Central America. And we’re just getting started.”
