Expanding Access to Life-Saving Medicines – ACT 4 Children

ACT 4 Children shared a post on LinkedIn:

“In Guatemala, ACT 4 Children works with the Unidad Nacional de Oncología Pediátrica (UNOP) – a government-supported pediatric hospital dedicated to treating childhood and adolescent cancers. This facility serves around 500 patients each year, with 44% of all diagnoses being acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).

By partnering with the hospital and our local partner Fundación AYUVI we’re helping provide critical drugs for the treatment of ALL and other essential medicines needed to give these children the chance to survive and thrive.

Watch the video below to hear from medical staff in Guatemala and follow us for more life-saving, behind-the-scenes access!”
