“Grateful to share that I’ve been awarded a Río Hortega Fellowship (Instituto de Salud Carlos III, Spain’s national public research agency).
The path hasn’t been straightforward, but persistence paid off and this will allow me to dedicate protected time to research and lab work.
Very thankful to the breast cancer team at Institut Català d’Oncologia (ICO) and especially to my mentor Sonia Pernas for the guidance, trust, and constant support along the way.
Just keep paddling.”
