Natalia Baran, Leading Attending, Assistant Professor at the University Clinic for Hematology, Insel Group, and Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of South Dakota, Sanford School of Medicine, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“As of today, I have completed a six-moduls training program on management within Insel Gruppe, organized jointly in cooperation with Rochester-Bern Executive Programs.
During this time, I had the opportunity to learn and work alongside many wonderful colleagues from diverse departments. Together, we explored topics such as strategy, environment, change management, leadership, digital transformation, innovation, organization and processes, as well as financial leadership and tariff systems.
This period has been truly transformative, allowing me to study and learn while also fulfilling my clinical responsibilities, and approaching all my tasks and duties from a new perspective. I am immensely grateful to my chair, Anne Angellilo-Scherrer, for her continuous support.
Additionally, I would like to express my appreciation to Petra Joerg and Luzia Hunziker for ensuring everything ran smoothly, and to all professors and speakers: Christian Leumann , Nicole Stämpfli, Philip Valta, Alfred Angerer, Paula Adomeit,. Martin Fiedler, Jürgen Holm, Danielle Krebs, Pascal Schär, Stefanie Schumacher, Franziska Sprecher, Albena Björck and Bernhard Pulver, and finally to all my colleagues, as learning and brainstorming together has been a truly joyful experience.”
