Alique Topalian: Honoring a Lifetime of Advocacy, Michele Seyranian and the ABMDR
Alique Topalian, Research Scientist of Survivorship and Supportive Services at the University of Cincinnati Cancer Center, shared a post on LinkedIn:
”I am proud to be the daughter of Michele Seyranian! She has inspired my career and this is such a well deserved honor. Congratulations!
The Armenian Bone Marrow Donor Registry is proud to present Michele Seyranian with the 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award.
Her story helped spark ABMDR, and her leadership played a crucial role in its development.
After her daughter Alique’s leukemia diagnosis, Michele mobilized marrow drives in Armenian communities and helped launch ABMDR.
For decades, she’s served as a dedicated board member and a passionate voice for patients and families. Today, her legacy continues — through both her impact and her daughters.
Let’s honor a lifetime of resilience, advocacy, and hope.
