The 2025 EORTC Patient Days took place on November 6-7 in Brussels, bringing together a diverse community of patients, caregivers, researchers, clinicians, and advocates from across Europe.
Designed as a forum for genuine dialogue, the event aims to strengthen the integration of patient perspectives into the full continuum of cancer research—from early scientific discovery to clinical trials and long-term survivorship.
Over two days, participants engaged in workshops, round tables, and open conversations addressing the challenges patients face and the opportunities for improvement within research and care pathways. By fostering direct interaction between medical professionals and those with lived experience of cancer, EORTC Patient Days continues to advance its mission of ensuring that cancer research is not only scientifically rigorous but also responsive to patient needs, priorities, and quality of life.
