1) HPV positivity correlates with high TMB (Tumor Mutational Burden ), thus may respond to ICI (Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors) better

2)Although TIP chemotherapy (Taxol, Ifosfamide, Cisplatin) is standard, chemoIO ( chemotherapy with immunotherapy) may be an option based on Hercules (LACOG) trial data.”
