“It is my pleasure to be invited to speak to over 60 medical professionals at National Hospital Abuja about innovations in breast imaging this week. They have been very engaged and have many questions.
We focussed on new innovations such as Digital Breast Tomosynthesis (DBT), Contrast Enhanced Mammography (CEM), Vaccum Assisted Core Biopsy / Vacuum Assisted Excisions and a little bit about Artificial intelligence studies in the screening programme including
Challenges of new innovations.
Breast Cancer is a major global health Challenge. To improve breast cancer outcomes and survival early detection and diagnosis through breast Imaging is critical.”
