“Team Building at Colt State Park!
Yesterday was a memorable day as members from various labs from Legorreta Cancer Center joined forces for a day out in the scenic Colt State Park, Bristol, Rhode Island. Beyond the beauty of nature and the cool breezes, we were reminded of the power of team building. In an age where collaboration is key, such gatherings help foster the teamwork necessary to push boundaries, make remarkable discoveries, and inch closer to unraveling the enigma that is cancer.
A special shoutout to Richard Staples Jr for capturing a beautiful moment from our day and amazing friends including John Tarantino, Legorreta Cancer Center Director Drs. Wafik S. El-Deiry, and amazing colleagues from Brown University Including Alper Uzun, Ece Uzun, Jeremy Warner, Shiyoko Cothren, Petra den Hollander, Nick Kuburich, Breanna Demestichas, Joanna Joyce M., Claire Gould and many others.
