Randomized controlled trial: P-Move
Exercise provides:
- Better leg press
- Better bench press
- Better sit-to-stand
- Better crunch
- Decrease in constipation
- Less fatigue
- Better quality of life
3 training units/week for 8 weeks (1x supervised strength sessions, 2x individualized home-based sessions).”
