“Real world data from UK – Brexucel RR Mantle cell lymphoma.

• 119 approved, 83 infused.
• PD / manufacturing failure main reasons for non-infusion.
• ORR/CRR 87%/ 81%.
• Med PFS (infused) 21 months.
• NRM 6/12/24months 6/15/25% (infusion mainly).

Active agent but NRM concerning.”
