“Exciting insights from EHA2024! Dr. Yi Lin discusses the future of CART therapy, highlighting the feasibility of outpatient treatments in Lymsm! Points:

Remote patient monitoring enhances safety.
Outpatient criteria: Decreased tumor bulk, early referral, ECOG PS 0, low inflammatory state, and caregiver compliance.
Caution with older patients with reduced capacity, cardio/renal/lung complications, CNS involvement, autoimmune/neuro conditions, and inadequate caregiver support.”
