“Optimizing cancer therapy dosages is essential!
Targeted therapies have slashed cancer mortality and set a new standard, but traditional dosing methods lag behind. The FDA’s Project Optimus and new guidelines aim to fix this. Reshaping pre-approval dosing and continuous research will maximize patient benefits and minimize avoidable toxicity.
Future incentives for post-market dose optimization could be a game-changer.”
