“I am pleased to share our paper by Yiqun Zhang at Legorreta Cancer CenteratBrown University on preclinical dopamine effects on imipridones such as TIC10/ONC201, ONC206, and ONC212 in various tumor types that has taken a while to get published.
Yiqun Zhang, Nikos Tapinos, Rishi R. Lulla and Wafik S El-Deiry: Dopamine pre-treatment impairs the anti-cancer effect of integrated stress response- and TRAIL pathway-inducing ONC201, ONC206 and ONC212 imipridones in pancreatic, colorectal cancer but not DMG cells.” .
