From Ambition to Action by Save the Children UK partner with colleagues Revati Phalkey and Samy Ahmar.
The Launch of Foundation S call for projects for the Adaptation to Climate Change and Health Resilience Community Fund followed the discussion with contributions from Priya Basu of Pandemic Fund, AMREF, Speak Up Africa, and moderated by Vanina Laurent-Ledru, DG of Foundation S.
The speakers highlighted the importance of an integrated approach which Save the Children International advocates.
Systems can’t exist in silos, and a one health approach makes economic sense, is needed to combat the emergence of new infections, the effects of climate change and pandemic preparedness.”
