Catherine Alix-Panabières: Our new scientific review on the Surfaceome
Catherine Alix-Panabières, Professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Montpellier, shared a post on LinkedIn:
” Thrilled to share with you our new scientific review on the ‘Surfaceome: a new era in the discovery of immune evasion mechanisms of circulating tumor cells (CTCs)’ published in Molecular Oncology.
We discuss how immunopeptidomic and glycoproteomic studies of CTCs that interact with immune cells could help to better understand how metastasis-initiator CTCs escape the host immune response.
A key step to find neo-antigens on the more aggressive CTCs and to open a new avenue in Immuno-Oncology.”
