“We welcome Dr. Shanthi Sivendran to the American Cancer Society as the organization’s first-ever senior vice president of cancer support. In this new role, Dr. Sivendran will provide strategic direction and subject matter expertise across a variety of initiatives that improve cancer care delivery and support to patients and caregivers. This includes patient-centered communication, cancer care delivery innovation, global cancer treatment, navigation support, survivorship, and supportive and palliative care.”
