”Happy to share our latest study on PT-Cy!
- Reducing PT-Cy total dose to 70 mg/kg was associated with :
- Earlier hematopoietic recovery,
- Lower incidences of bacteremia, hemorrhagic cystitis & cardiac events,
- Higher GRFS.
Overall, it is a safe and valid approach for elderly patients and those with cardiac comorbidities underdoing haploidentical HCT with PBSCs and low-dose antithymocyte globulin.”
