“Excited about our recent publication on Armored TGFBRIIdn ROR1-targeting CAR T cells for solid tumors. We discovered that tumor- activated ROR-1 targeting CAR T cells themselves are in part responsible for production of TGF beta in the tumor microenvironment, and the armor protects them from TGF beta-mediated immunosuppression.
Grateful to our entire team for bringing this project to fruition, and hopeful that it will lead to better clinical outcomes in solid tumors.”
