Timothée Olivier: Final results of ASCENT in patients with TNBC…
Timothée Olivier, Clinic Director at HUG – Geneva University Hospitals, shared the following post by Markus Eckstein, Pathologist, Physician, Scientist at University Hospital Erlangen, on X/Twitter, adding the following:
“Final results of ASCENT in patients with TNBC…
… our analysis remains unchanged !
”
Quoting Markus Eckstein’s post:
“Final results from ASCENT in Journal of Clinical Oncology. SG demonstrates huge OS benefits in patients with triple negative breast cancer. Although benefit present in all subgroups, there is an incremental benefit dependent on TROP2 surface expression!
Another piece of the puzzle.
Target expression is important for ADC efficacy.
