The Critical Importance of Hepatitis C Elimination as a Cancer Prevention Strategy – IARC/WHO
IARC – International Agency for Research on Cancer / World Health Organization shared a post on LinkedIn:
“‘In 2020, an estimated 7.4% of all Liver Cancer cases – equivalent to 170,000 cases – were attributable to hepatitis C infection, highlighting the critical importance of Hepatitis C elimination as a cancer prevention strategy.’
