
$25 Million Grant to Boost CLARION Programme for Asian Lung Cancer Patients – National Cancer Centre Singapore
National Cancer Centre Singapore shared a post on LinkedIn:
“A $25 million grant boosts Conquering Lung cancer Across all stages with Research and InnovatiON (CLARION), a research programme aimed at improving outcomes for Asian lung cancer patients.
Led by the National Cancer Centre Singapore’s Prof Daniel SW Tan with partners from A*STAR – Agency for Science, Technology and Research and National University Cancer Institute, Singapore, CLARION will leverage the team’s medical, genomic, translational and data science expertise to study early detection methods, personalised treatment, and why lung cancer behaves differently in Asian patients, so that care can be tailored to meet Singapore and the region’s needs.
