Why Patient Input Matters in Lung Cancer Screening – Lung Cancer Europe

“Lung cancer screening can save lives, but in much of Europe, it’s still only available through small pilot programmes.
On 9 July, Lung Cancer Europe President Debra Montague is speaking in Rome at a European expert summit hosted by Prof. Giuseppe Cardillo and San Camillo Forlanini Hospital.
The event brings together surgeons, researchers, and policymakers to look at how screening is being rolled out in different countries, and why people affected by lung cancer need to be listened to to help develop screening programmes that work.
