“We begin today. I’m deeply grateful for the invitation to join the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) of the SPCC (Sharing Progress in Cancer Care) for the 2025–2028 term.
My special appreciation to Matti Aapro for his inspiring leadership and for trusting in my professional profile to contribute to this workspace, science and global vision.
SPCC is a platform committed to innovation, high-quality medical education, and the promotion of equitable and personalized cancer care models.
I’m honored to represent Mexico and Latin America, as one of only two members from the region – alongside my colleague Max Mano from Brazil – sharing this council with peers from Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the Americas, and Oceania.
