Adding hormone therapy to post-op radiotherapy in nonmetastatic prostate cancer improves:
Metastasis-free survival (HR=0.78)
Prostate cancer–specific survival (HR=0.61)
Overall survival benefit small (HR=0.86), limited to high-risk patients.
