Lucas de Toca: Eliminating Cervical Cancer Can Be a Reality
Lucas de Toca, First Assistant Secretary and Ambassador for Global Health at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Eliminating cervical cancer can be a reality!
So excited to announce additional Australian Government funding for Elimination Partnership in the Indo-Pacific for Cervical Cancer (EPICC) while at Global Cervical Cancer Elimination Forum 2025 last week in Indonesia.
New funding will build on successful commencement of the partnership, and expand support for practical, comprehensive locally-led strategies across the Pacific and Southeast Asia. It will also expand EPICC support to Indonesia, an emerging leader in the fight for a healthier region.”
